Lead CIC’s development team and technology stack
Custom Interface Company’s highly collaborative, remote development team breaks down technology barriers in the industry of Human Capital Management (HCM). CIC is seeking an energetic, experienced technology development leader focused on clean execution using technologies like MongoDB, Express, Vue.js and Node.js.

How you’re qualified
You have significant computer programming experience (at least 5 years), and experience in managing the full development lifecycle of multiple web applications (from local to staging to production.) You are highly knowledgeable and experienced with JavaScript development. You are experienced with leading and/or managing teams and processes, as well as collaborating to solve problems – you have at least 2 years of experience in a client facing or cross-functional role. You are skilled at working with office tools and excel, and communicating by email, phone and web conferences like WebEx or Zoom.
Impact
You will lead a team of JavaScript developers, maintain product ownership, and work closely with the CTO of Custom Interface Company. Your work will empower major Human Capital Management vendors and their clients – Custom Interface Company’s solutions are actively utilized by some of the largest payroll companies in the world.
Compensation
This full time position includes $60k-$75k first year compensation (based on experience) plus equity.
