At Custom Interface Company, you’ll experience a strong culture of teamwork, and will work in partnership with Major HCM vendors to implement industry leading solutions for our mutual client’s most critical integration and compliance challenges. Using CIC’s proven consulting and implementation methods, you will work to deliver projects on time, create communication governance between multiple stakeholders, and will make a critical positive impact in your client’s business.
Who you are
You enjoy effective communication, problem solving, and driving process efficiency in your day to day work. You take a lot of pride in the solutions you build, enjoy both individual and collaborative work, and are able to stay on track to hit milestone deliverables.
How you’re qualified
You have significant computer / IT / analytical experience (at least 2 years), familiarity with enterprise tools like ERP or CRM systems, and potentially have spent some time programming (at least one year of experience, or ability to pass a simple programming or logic test.) You have also spent time working with people to solve problems – you have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, IT support, management or consulting. You are skilled at working with office tools and excel, and communicating by email, phone and web conferences like WebEx or Zoom.
Who you’ll help
You will work directly with major market vendor partners, implementation managers and clients across various industries in need of HCM technology solutions. Your consulting and project management skills will play an important role in how organizations take care of their people, and manage vital processes like payroll and workforce management.
